Green salad with caramelised dry fruits.

The dry fruits (almonds and walnuts) have been caramelised with honey and the salad has a dressing of olive oil with balsamic vinegar and a pinch of sea salt.


“Tortilla de patata”

The traditional Spanish Omelette accompanied with sliced bread and blended vine tomatoes with olive oil on top.

Cooked slowly, with potatoes, red onions and eggs.
